I have always had a heart for helping others and starting/building new adventures. As a senior in high school, I started a local mobile DJ business where I learned what it meant to handle the day-to-day lifestyle of operating my own company. The hard work ethic and amount of control I had over my own life and outcome became something I grew accustomed to. With a passion for chemistry and science, going into a career of pharmacy shortly after felt the complete opposite; my love for people and helping others’ health bloomed from this career path at the time but the growth felt complacent.

After seven years and rigorous pharmacy and chemistry courses, I discovered that a career path in pharmacy was not right for me. If I fail at something I didn’t enjoy doing, why not try and succeed at something I liked? ‘Freshen Up Hydration’ was founded in 2020 with sheer healthiness in mind with a drive to create a healthier alternative to sports and energy drinks. The beautiful part was the art of transcribing what I learned from my chemistry courses and being in a community pharmacy setting into connecting with people inside of a people business when presenting our company to new customers. Coming from a background in gaming and fitness, we exploded in both of those markets respectively and now help thousands of people with their daily energy needs in the cleanest way possible that other companies simply aren’t doing, and simply cannot do.
